Scott #1 with ms cancel on folded letter to Baltimore. No cds. Many of the Henry James covers were from Wrightsville and were WAY covers, entering the mails in Baltimore. Many have ms cancels and no cds.
This may be listed in Alexander but with no date, it is impossible to tell. It does not match any current illustrated covers in the census but a few have not yet been located.
