Letter addressed to Jno. W. Rulon & Son. The 1850 edition of McElroy’s lists John W. Rulon as a merchant at 28 South Wharf.
William W. DeForest is listed as a commission merchant at 82 South Street in NYC (1849 Doggett’s).
