Lot 544 1847, 5¢ red brown (Scott 1), attractive 3-margin single tied by a neat orange-red grid on an 1849 folded letter postmarked with a matching Walpole, N.H. c.d.s., to Brookline, Mass.; the interesting letter is easily read and includes an ahead-of-its-time discussion on the importance of mental health, Fine to Very Fine.
