Not listed in Alexander but nearly identical to the 12/3/1947 listing and addressed by the same hand.
William Harpen Fowler (1775-1863) was married to Sarah Pond (1796-1847). He was in business with his father-in-law, Charles Pond, and for the greater portion of his life he was engaged in commerce and shipbuilding. Also, he was representative for Milford in the Connecticut State Legislature in 1834.
