Four nice margins, letter had been folded almost center of right stamp. From Cincinnati to Virginia.

Letter to Richard Cassius Lee Moncure (1805-1882), lawyer, member of the Virginia state Legislature (1849) and Judge of the Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals (1851) and court president in 1865. He left the Court during Reconstruction (participation prohibited under martial law due to serving in the CSA government) but rejoined the court in 1870 and served until he died in 1882.
