Downeast Stamps sale 326
Not listed in Alexander
Alexander states no 10c covers from West Chester Pa have been reported.
There appears to be some doubling in the cds, with an S on the lower half of the E in SEP and extra ink on the P, making it look more like a B. The date is SEP 7.
A closer look at the cds reveals too many letters in the town name. There is a faint M at 11 o'clock. Bill Schultz and Gordon Eubanks feel the cover is actually from West Manchester, Pa.
West Manchester, Pa is located west of York Pa in the southeast corner of the state.
