SC# 1 5C FRANKLIN ON FOLDED ADDRESS SHEET RED BOSTON PMK, MS NOTE APRIL 17 1849
A large and bright stamp with wide right margin tied to light blue gray folded address sheet by partial red grid cancel. Matching red Boston 17 APR postmark. Stamp has a vertical file crease and small margin tear at bottom right outside of the design and is priced accordingly. A manuscript docket note on the back "Boston April 17 th/49/ Elisha J. Loring".
