Dutch Country Auctions sale 365 lot 3 realized 180 notes pressed file folds, stamp has faint stain possibly from pen cancel, docketed 1849 (image)
Lightly struck CDS dated MAR 3 but the 3 is not centered below the A so the date may be 31. If so, the 1 is directly on the file fold. Also, the 3 can be seen in the area to the left of Franklin's chin in the middle cancel but there is little to no evidence of a 1 in this strike.
