1849 edition of McElroy’s Philadelphia city directory lists Sarah Woolsey at 89 Walnut Street.
William Samuel Johnson (1795-1882), grandson of Columbia College President William Samuel Johnson (1727-1819), a lawyer and member of the NY State Senate (1848-49) which places him in Albany, NY. He was married to Laura Woolsey, sister of Sarah Woolsey of Philadelphia. (Sarah Woosley was married to William’s cousin, Charles Frederick Johnson.)
