William T Crowe certificate #11,312 (2/22/18) Scott 1a. blackish brown, It is a genuine stamp and genuinely used on an August 1849 folded outer address sheet addressed to Baltimore, Md. The stamp tied by a manuscript X cancel. The cover with a light blue WILMINGTON Del town mark at center and slightly split horizontally at the bottom right from refolding.
