Contents refers to a will about 9 or 10 years old that paid a colored servant an annual sum and promised to set her child free after a few years if the mother behaved in an acceptable manner.
Elisha Dickerson Cullen (1799-1862) was a lawyer and a politician from Georgetown in Sussex County, Del. He served as US representative from 1855 to 1857.(34th Congress).
