There is another cover in the census addressed to W. D. Tucker in Meadville, Pa. It was sent from Erie Pa. on Nov 7, 1850.
Most covers from Pittsburgh have the stamp obliterated with a red circular grid cancel.
William D. Tucker was an attorney, a borough councilman in Meadville in 1843 and a borough treasurer from 1848 through 1864.
