Scott #1 on Jul 1850 cover from New York City to Edward Adams in London, Canada. New York CDS to left of stamp, which appears to be canceled with a red square grid cancel. Further to left is a Queenston transit marking dated JUL 2x, 1850. There appears to be two London UC receiving markings on back, one faint, dated JUL 23, 1850
