Addressed to Alvah C. Bush (1804-1880), merchant and postmaster of Tioga from 1838 to 1845.
A previous letter, dated Dec 9, 1850 is addressed to Postmaster of Tioga, also from Mr Blanchard of Cazanovia, concerning the purchase and delivery of the town clock.
