The stamp is tied by two different cds. The lower one is dated Jun 20 and the upper one is dated Jun 21. This typically occurs when a letter misses the last outgoing mail of the day.

Robert A. Siegel sale 1373 lot 3743 group of 10 covers
Letter addressed to Dr Lewis Slusser (1820-1892), surgeon for the 69th Ohio volunteers (Army of the Cumberland) during the Civil War. He served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing Stark County from 1858 to 1862.
