Cover docketed No. 12 which may be an error since the other 12/20/50 cover has the same docket. While similar to that cover, the stamp here is clearly different as is the addressing.
The CDS appears to be DEC 20. The 2 is on top of the CE in cents and the 0 is to the left of the lower right 5.
It is possible that Thomas Montgomery sent two letters to his wife on 12/20/50; one addressed to her and the other addressed in care of her doctor.
