Weiss certificate 5135 (10/7/13)
United States 5c 1847 (Scott #1) tied to 1850 use blue outer FLS with red N. York & N. Haven RR postmark, used to France
And my opinion is it is a genuine usage, stamp is sound, outer FLS has heavy horizontal file fold and some very minor pencil docketing.
