William T. Crowe Certificate 22,321 (June 1, 2023)
It is a genuine stamp, genuinely used on a March 23, 1848 folded letter mailed to Narth Brookfield, Mass. The stamp, which has small flaws, with a manuscript X cancellation and tied bya red grid cancellation. The folded letter, which has a file fold at the center (not affecting the stamp or postmarks) with a lightly struck Boston postmark at the center.
