Other than the 2 missing stamps, this cover matches the description of Alexander listed as 1/8/48 with 1 5c stamp (other previously removed before Alexander noticed it?), red cancel and ms. 7.

Now in my collection.

Note: Cover listed in May 1973 Chronicle (Hart) as having 2 5c stamps, listed in Alexander as having 1 5c stamp and now has no 5c stamps.
