AND WE ARE OF THE OPINION THAT
It Is A Genuine Usage, THE STAMP WITH AN EXTRANEOUS INK SPOT AT BOTTOM RIGHT, THE COVER WITH A SMALL TEAR AT TOP AND SOME SMALL STAINS
Strikes of the blue Baltimore town postmark on both the 5th and 6th of June. The regulations required that the date reflect when the letter left the post office. The letter was first postmarked on June 5th but did not leave so it was postmarked again on the 6th.
