Four margin single used on folded outer address sheet to Pennsylvania, the stamp with blue straight line "PAID" cancel, the cover with a matching Mar 15 Baltimore, MD postmark, heavy pre-use crease across the bottom of the stamp and the address sheet with the left flap missing and vertical file folds. "it is a genuine usage on a folded outer address sheet to Pennsylvania, with a blue straight line PAID cancel and a matching Baltimore, Md. Mar 13 postmark - the stamp with a heavy preuse horizontal crease across the bottom and the address sheet with the left flap missing and vertical file folds."
CDS. Hard to tell if its 15 or 13. Comparing ot other postmarks, the horizontal line 3 used by Baltimore has a small ball at the left end of the horizontal bar on top and at the end of the loop on the bottom. I believe this is 15.
