5c Red Brown (1). Huge margins to clear, cancelled by faint strike of red numeral "5" handstamp and tied by blue "Baltimore Md. Mar. 3" circular datestamp on buff cover to Philadelphia, there are about six or seven printed spots (or specks) in "OFFICE" at top that are suggestive of a double transfer, stamp with trivial edge creases, otherwise Very Fine, with 1997 P.S.E. certificate stating that the spots are the result of a slip or kiss print, we find this puzzling as there would normally be more extensive doubling to qualify as a slip or kiss print.
