It Is A Genuine Usage SCOTT 1, IN THE DARK REDDISH BROWN SHADE
Lot 2289 Baltimore Md. Aug. 16 circular datestamp, second strike at left, also tied by red 5 numeral handstamp on folded cover to Philadelphia, vertical file fold well away from stamp, some waterstaining at left, otherwise Very Fine, very unusual with the stamp cancelled by both a blue circular datestamp and red numeral handstamp, with 1991 P.F. certificate
