This is a Scott # 1 cover. The link shows you the letter to Baltimore, Maryland BUT the letter has a Wrightsville, July 13th. 1849 entry mark. Full letter to a Mr. Henry James from a Mr. Ambler. The stamp has a piece missing piece above the upper left corner but intact and tied with another oval blue cancel. The stamp also has a manuscript cancel. The stamp also has a right sheet page left over. If you to grade this stamp it would be an XF to Superb on the margins except for the piece missing.
