IT IS A GENUINE USAGE, THE STAMP LIFTED, REPAIRED ALONG THE DESIGN AND MARGIN AT BOTTOM, AND PLACED BACK

PF 91024 #2, repaired in lower right corner, genuine use on folded letter, stamp has been removed, repaired and replaced where it originated
There is a faint numeral 7 below the EB. Since it is not directly below the E, the cover was cancelled on 2/17 or 2/27. There is no evidence of a numeral below the FE
