Feb. 19 circular datestamp applied on arrival, vertical file fold affects stamp, otherwise Very Fine, scarce Way use, carried across the Gulf of Mexico by onboard mail carrier where delivered to the New Orleans post office, the carrier received 1c for the Way mail E. 300-400
