PF 76703 #1, stamp has been removed and replaced on a piece where it originated

The stamp has also been relocated on the piece between when the PF photographed it and when it was sold by Siegel. The piece appears to have been manipulated to eliminate the cds and to remove part of the letter from the right, holding the stamp, and be attached on the left near the Lyon receiving mark. The stamp in both images is identical.
