1847, 5¢ red brown (No. 1), large to clear margins, tied by red grid, matching \"New Orleans La. Apr. 20\" c.d.s. on 1851 folded cover to Cognac, France, orange red Calais c.d.s. and bold \"Colonies &c. Art. 13.\" boxed handstamp at right, 15 décimes handstamp struck over both British and Cognac backstamps; stamp with tiny tear, cover with portion of address erased and lettersheet with staining from misguided attempt to remove natural bleach specks, otherwise Fine.
