Horizontal pair, large to clear margins, cancelled and tied by light red Roman numeral "X" cancels, matching "Burlington Iowa Dec. 14" c.d.s. partly struck at left on 1850 folded letter to the Governor of Massachusetts; lettersheet with small piece out of top, file crease through left stamp, still Fine and very rare. Estimate $750-1,000
