"X" cancel, used on greenish folded letter addressed in blue to Philadelphia with marvelous bold blue "Evansville Ia. Dec. 7" cds, 1847 docketing on flap confirms use of very early 1847 printing, Extremely Fine Gem, rare usage of this issue from Iowa, with 1979 P.F. certificate
