PF 309077: Genuine use
The CDS date appears to be Oct 10. The 3 heavy inked spots at 2 o'clock, 5 o'clock and 8 o'clock on the last digit give the appearance of a 9 but the sharper image in the Siegel 1244 catalog shows the full closed image of a zero.
