There are only two covers from Milledgeville in the census. Both are addressed to SOUTH Carolina. The other one (to Charleston) has a bold CDS.
Frajola sale March 21, 1992 lot 322 notes this cover is from South Carolina and dated DEC 23
Alexander’s notes date the cover as AUG 23 but, given the lack of clarity of the cds, he must have had some doubts.
