Not listed in Alexander
There are some problems with this cover:
1. The other covers from Wilmington De to Frankford Pa only have 1 5c stamp.
2. The stamps are not tied.
3. The ˜5' marking does not match any other covers from Wilmington.
4. The ˜5 marking is not listed in Gilman or Simpson.
5. There is a ˜5' marking for Wilmington in the American Stampless Cover Catalog but it does not match this one.
On the other hand, there are several other covers from Wilmington to Frankford to Miss Carrie A. Sheets (w/ different spellings of the last name in Alexander's census). This is the only one I have a scan of so I cannot compare the handwriting to determine if they are from the same correspondence.
