Notes
Hawaii, Balance of Exhibit. The balance of the ten-frame exhibit with "Firsts" from many such categories as Carriers & Locals, Postmasters' Provisionals, General Issues, Airmails, Revenues and other Back-of-the-Book catagories too numerous to mention; highlights include 1LB1 two covers, 1L2 on cover, 75L5 on cover (PFC), 9X1 (2), #1 on cover, #18, #79 imprint single on cover (PFC), PR57 with plate crack on document, Q12 mint, LH, RW1 (two licenses), and much, much more. Condition is a little mixed on some of the earliest material, but the vast majority is F-VF. In all, more than 250 stamps, proofs, covers and documents, with many unusual, if not unique usages, a good number of which have certificates. A marvelous lot that really must be seen to be appreciated. Estimate $7,500 - 10,000.
