Lot 673 10c black (2), bogus vertical bisect, Fine, crease, tiny ink spot, tied by fraudulent black grid cancel & file crease to 1851 FC to New York, Hartford Ct. Jun. 28 magenta circle, ms. Paid Ch 545, slight cover toning F-VF cover. Cover signed on reverse by H. C. Needham: May /' 18 Taken by me from old files as found & with additional note: Purchased of H. C. Needham by Senator Ackerman & sold by Perry Dec. 1920 who believes it genuine., with 1964 H. R. Harmer letter
