Docketed Folded Letter Sheet franked 5¢ red brown Franklin (Scott 1) tied small barred circle in red with 'Hartford CT Nov 8' dispatch stamp in red alongside. Manuscript 'Paid' at right. The stamp with three good to large margins showing frame line of adjoining stamp at base, cut in at top. Blue two-line 'Package Three' applied when correspondence was being filed. Cover with discoloration at right, not affecting the stamp
