AND WE ARE OF THE OPINION THAT
It Is A Genuine Usage ON THIS 1849 COVER, BUT A STAMP WHICH DID NOT ORIGINATE HAS BEEN REMOVED.
PF 104350 #2, the right stamp did not originate
When this cover was first evaluated by the PF, there were two 10c stamps. The PF determine the right stamp was added. The owner subsequently removed it and the PF gave the cover a genuine opinion.
The addressees were trustees of the Bank of the United States in Philadelphia.
Estimate $700-800.
