NAPEX 2026 was held in the usual place, McLean, Virginia, at the regular hotel, Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, August 28-30th. 15 exhibits from Society members “medaled”.
Dan Knowles won the Multi-frame Grand with his “Handling American Domestic and International Mail 1860-1869: The Decade of Turmoil, Expansion and Resurgence“ (also Multi-frame Large Gold).
Mark Schwartz won the Multi-frame Reserve Grand with his “The New York Postmaster Provisional of 1845“ (also the USSS Statue of Freedom and Multi-frame Large Gold).
Also winning Multi-frame Large Gold was Bradley White with “Canal Zone: 1915-1920 Opening of the Panama Canal Series” (also the Canal Zone Study Group Award).
