Boston 2026 is less than 2 weeks away and everything is coming together for an excellent show. In case you missed the e-mail outlining Society events, the information is repeated here. The new big news is the demo release of the American Postmark Catalog. This new research tool has been a long time coming (thanks for your pioneering work on it Chip Gliedman). Ian Gibson-Smith will be showing its wonders at the Society’s booth 111 in the Bourse area.
The show opens Saturday, May 23rd at 10am and runs until 6pm all but the last day. You’re encouraged to pre-register to save time on arrival. Registration can be done on the Boston2026 website here.
Our first event is a joint dinner with the Collectors Club of New York on Saturday the 23rd at 6:30pm. To add a bit of excitement, the Susan MacDonald Award and the Richard Winter Cup winners will be announced! Dinner will be held on the 52nd floor of the Prudential building (800 Boylston Street, Boston) which has great views of the city. The dinner is presently sold out, but you can join the wait-list here.
All Society meetings and presentations will take place in room 103, level 1 of the convention center. And our booth, number 111, will be a great place for members to meet-up.
