This page will track changes that I make to my "3¢ Stamp of 1851-61" web site, no matter how small. So when you see the date on the header change, you do not have to ponder what is new & where it is. November 21, 2004: Posted the Route Agent & Name-of-Boat Markings page with a few new exhibits.

May 07, 2004: Updated the Providence Control Marks Study page and added new material to the Control Marks Census table.

April 22, 2004: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a new "APL 6" 1851 cover, #2 to Canada (Bennett Sale 275-6, Lot 21,2004).

April 05, 2004: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a new "APL 28" single.

March 19, 2004: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a new "APL" single.

February 25, 2004: Updated the Mis-struck Markings page with a new Exhibit.

January 23, 2004: Updated the Essential References page with numerous new additions, and added a section on a highly recommended Philatelic Exchange for ADVANCED US/BNA Collectors.

January 02, 2004: Posted on the Well-Known 3¢ Platers page a "Chase Memorabilia" section, showing a recently acquired sterling silver box presented to Dr. Chase in 1946.

January 02, 2004: Updated the Railroad & Route Agent Markings page with two new exhibits.

December 23, 2003: Updated The New York Domestic Mail 52-3 Cancel Revisted census table with new finds.
