This page will track changes that I make to my "3¢ Stamp of 1851-61" web site, no matter how small. So when you see the date on the header change, you do not have to ponder what is new & where it is. November 14 2006: Updated the Search window with Google search tool, updated a few minor mispellings on exhibit pages. October 16, 2005: Updated the index page with my current philatelic associations. May 24, 2005: Updated the Well-Known 3¢ Platers page with two well known platers - D. Celler and R. Lund. May 16, 2005: Updated the Providence Control Marks Study page with a color version of the powerpoint seminar from RMSS. May 16, 2005: Updated the Providence Control Marks Study page with new material and the May 2005 RMSS Seminar. March 22, 2005: Updated the Providence Control Marks Study page with much new material. February 26, 2005: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a number of new covers, new types, etc. February 13, 2005: Updated the entire web site by widening all pages to fill the right poriton of the screen under the top blue tool bar.
November 21, 2004: Posted the Route Agent & Name-of-Boat Markings page with a few new exhibits. May 07, 2004: Updated the Providence Control Marks Study page and added new material to the Control Marks Census table. April 22, 2004: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a new "APL 6" 1851 cover, #2 to Canada (Bennett Sale 275-6, Lot 21,2004). April 05, 2004: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a new "APL 28" single. March 19, 2004: Updated the "APL" CDS Census Table with a new "APL" single. February 25, 2004: Updated the Mis-struck Markings page with a new Exhibit. January 23, 2004: Updated the Essential References page with numerous new additions, and added a section on a highly recommended Philatelic Exchange for ADVANCED US/BNA Collectors. January 02, 2004: Posted on the Well-Known 3¢ Platers page a "Chase Memorabilia" section, showing a recently acquired sterling silver box presented to Dr. Chase in 1946. January 02, 2004: Updated the Railroad & Route Agent Markings page with two new exhibits. January 01, 2004: Updated the Railroad & Route Agent Markings page with four new exhibits. December 23, 2003: Updated The New York Domestic Mail 52-3 Cancel Revisted census table with new finds. November 10, 2003: Posted the "What's New?" link in Header Bar to track all changes/additions made to my "3¢ Stamp of 1851-61 Web Site.
