I am currently utilizing Scott's 2004 Stamp Catalogs A through Z,
Scott's 2004 Specialized Catalog of U.S. Stamps, and the 2004 Unitrade
Catalog of Canadian Stamps. I also maintain a large library of old Auction catalogs as reference. I am an avid reader of Linn's Stamp News and
I belong to a number of excellent stamp exchanges (a great way to add those
hard to find stamps and meet other stampers with your interests).
One Stamp Exchange in particular that I highly recommend is the British Colonies-Europe Stamp Exchange for the ADVANCED Collector. This 38+ year old exchange, founded and expertly administered by Muriel Rowan, specializes in British Colonies, Western Europe, Japan, and the U.S.A.
Feel free to email her or mail for more information at: 17160 Kinzie St., Northridge, CA 91325.
Having many philatelic endeavors, it has been necessary over the years to acquire and/or purchasethe following essential tomes, which I highly recommend you adding to your philatelic library.
