Please note that we mistakenly published in the May 2011 Chairman's Chatter that Millard H. Mack of OH was deceased. On the contrary, Millard is very much alive and I was happy to hear his voice on our recent phone call. To quote Mark Twain (and now Millard), "The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated." Apologies again. CJD

Email Addresses Needed!

As a means of better communicating with its Members, it would help the Society to have your email address. It would allow us to inform the membership more frequently then the quarterly Chatter, where in some cases time-sensitive information is no longer of use by the time it reaches you.

Your email address will remain as confidential as your street address, if you desire. Just send an email to Dr. Charles J. DiComo, the Society Secretary/Webmaster.

Please let Charles know to:

1) Keep it confidential, just for Society notifications, or
2) Please publish it in the on-line and regular membership Directory.

This is just one more way the Society is trying to better serve you.

A Call for Lost Members

After our mass mailings of the Chronicle and Chatter, many are returned to me for a variety of reasons, such as, "PO BOX Closed", "Temporarily Away", "Not at this BOX", "Unable to Forward", etc.

To keep our Society Database up-to-date, and all of our Members' in good standing current with our publications, would the following persons listed below, or their colleagues, please contact Dr. Charles J. DiComo.

I am happy to say that putting out a "Call for Lost Members" has been a success. Thanks for everyone's assistance!

  • Donald E Green, RA 3815, ATTEMPTED, NOT KNOWN, November 2011 Chronicle
  • William C Scheetz, RA 0778, TEMPORARILY AWAY, February 2011 Chronicle
