Our Society has received delivery of more Membership pins. The design shows the 3¢ 1851 stamp, the subject of "The Three Cent 1851-57 Unit", the progenitor of the Classics Society. They were originally designed to commemorate our 50th anniversary and given to those attending the Annual Dinner in 1998 at Garfield-Perry's "March Party". Those pins were numbered on the reverse. The new ones are not numbered and are available to all for $6 postpaid from the Membership Chairman, The U.S. Philatelic Classics Society, Inc., P.O. Box 750368, New Orleans, LA 70175-0368. To order online via Paypal, please visit our Book Store.

Life  M e m b e r s h i p  M e d a l

The Board of Directors decided to design a "LIFE" medal that attaches to the regular Society membership pin by fitting over the post on the membership pin. The "adornment" was manufactured and has been sent "complimentary" to all Life Members of the Society, along with a membership pin. They are available only to Life Members and are provided gratis, as an indication of the support they have shown to the Society. Of course, donations will be accepted! To make donations, please contact Wade Saadi, Vice President
